Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
My menu is getting a lil blah it's time for me to cook again
B- Greek strawberry yogurt 2oz's
S- Half of a premier chocolate protein shake with PB2(was yummy but the PB2 didn't mix well in this shake)
L- 2oz's of chicken with turkey pepperoni and olives its leftovers from last nights dinner
S- The other half of the premier protein shake(skip the PB2 this time)
D- 2oz's of turkey hamburger and a couple bites of green bean
Water- On track for 5 bottles
Vits- On track
Exercise- I don't wanna but I will walk 40 min on the treadmill

I have started my daily journals again to see why i am at a stand still. Even started weighting everything that I now eat. Now 6 weeks post op and have only lost around 30 pounds.
B: 6 oz of fage 0% yogurt with 2 teaspoons of chocolate fudge Sf pudding
S: none
L: 1-2 boiled eggs
S: 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese
D: 1/2 cup Split pea and ham soup
S: ??
Water: not doing so well, I keep working at it :(
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: off day from pool
B: 6 oz of fage 0% yogurt with 2 teaspoons of chocolate fudge Sf pudding
S: none

D: not sure but craving hawaiian food which is BAD cause i want a whole laulau plate...which is pork!!! LOL
