My menu is getting a lil blah it's time for me to cook again

B-  Greek strawberry yogurt 2oz's

S-  Half of a premier chocolate protein shake with PB2(was yummy but the PB2 didn't mix well in this shake)

L-  2oz's of chicken with turkey pepperoni and olives its leftovers from last nights dinner

S- The other half of the premier protein shake(skip the PB2 this time)

D- 2oz's of turkey hamburger and a couple bites of green bean

Water-  On track for 5 bottles

Vits-  On track

Exercise-  I don't wanna but I will walk 40 min on the treadmill

I have started my daily journals again to see why i am at a stand still. Even started weighting everything that I now eat. Now 6 weeks post op and have only lost around 30 pounds.

B: 6 oz of fage 0% yogurt with 2 teaspoons of chocolate fudge Sf pudding
S: none
L: 1-2 boiled eggs
S: 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese
D: 1/2 cup Split pea and ham soup
S: ??

Water: not doing so well, I keep working at it :(
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: off day from pool

 30lbs in 6 weeks is an average of 5lbs a week so almost a pound a day is PERFECT...

B: 1 morning star sausage pattie, coffee

S: string cheese

L: leftover grilled salmon, side broccoli

S: not sure

D: not sure but craving hawaiian food which is BAD cause i want a whole laulau plate...which is pork!!! LOL

Water: yeah yeah i'm gettin' there

Vits: on it

Excercise: none so far....have a freakin' headache this morning!! uggg......

D- Probably Fried Fish in EVOO 3oz

VSG on 02/21/12 with
B: Protein Shake
S: 1/2 of a Jalapeno Popper I made yesterday..
L: Baked Cordon Bleu (chicken, turkey, asiago cheese, with wheat crumbles)
D: Chicken & Tofu stir fry

E: Ran this morning, and 90 minutes with personal trainer tonight
V: Done
W: 64oz down, 36oz or so to go.

Heaviest Weight: 330 Goal Weight: 175 Current Weight: 150
"Hit Goal in 3 1/2 Months!!!"
