Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Between getting older (age 42), having my body altered via VSG (going on 5 years), and my mother dying (going on 6 years) ... when my period hits I NEVER know what mood I will be in. THIS time around I feel so BLAHHHH and I want to eat peanut butter. Thank God the mini jar I bought is now gone. Hopefully I'll feel more like my old self tomorrow.
B: About 10 Tbsp Peanut Butter
S: Protein Coffee
L: 4oz Tuna, 2 Tbsp Light Mayo; Onion
S: 1-2 Boiled Eggs
D: I dunno I have a date; if he flakes I have some Salmon & Sauteed Spinach with my name on it
Water: Goal 16 cups
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: 3.1 miles on the treadmill - Couch to 5K Day 2

Ahhh, peanut butter. I don't keep a jar in the house, just the individual serving sizes of the Justin's stuff. Those little packets have saved me from a lot of peanut butter heartache!
I need to do some cooking. The fridge is looking a bit bare.

D: Leftover carne asada taco meat with cheese and ff sour cream.
S: Probably popcorn... it's my go-to crunch factor food these days and I seem to crave it at night. Have to watch though, cuz I wanna eat the whole bag and not just two cups!

B: Coffee with a little skim milk and 1.5 tbls sugar-free vanilla caramel creamer
L: Chobani Peach greek yogurt
S: 4 Cheddar cheese cubes
D: Trying out a new recipe for tofu noodle Caprese "pasta" salad, probably with 1.5 to 2 oz. of grilled chicken
S: ? (the last two nights before bed I've had 2 Saltines, I'm sure the carbs aren't the greatest, but it does wonders for my stomach acid)
Liquid: About 12 oz. so far, I have a Powerade Zero I'm working on
Vitamins: Took my multi, will take the rest later (Only working til 4p today, whoop whoop!)
Exercise: Will walk Captain for 30 minutes or more if the rain holds off
L: Chobani Peach greek yogurt
S: 4 Cheddar cheese cubes
D: Trying out a new recipe for tofu noodle Caprese "pasta" salad, probably with 1.5 to 2 oz. of grilled chicken

B: egg white/turkey sausage/veggie breakfast burrito with a little low carb tortilla
S: probably nothing even though i brought a ton of snacks - if I do have a snack, it'll probably be scrambled egg whites
L: salad w/spinach, fresh veggies, chicken, and gazpacho instead of dressing, a mini TJ pita
S: fresh veggies (tomatos and carrots) and egg white salad
D: morningstar pizza burger!!! I can't wait to have dinner tonight :)
