B: Regular Sausage Quiche, 1 tbsp Harris Teeter Sour Cream (Mom picked up the regular JD Sausage Crumbles by accident and all I have is the regular sour cream left over from her visit but I made it work for me. I can share the recipe if anyone wants it).

S: 1/2 Pack Buddig Honey Ham, One Boiled Egg

L: Grilled Deli Turkey Cheese Roll Up (Castle Wood Hickory Smoked Turkey and Sargento RF Cheddar Cheese Stick)

S: Not sure yet...may not want one...we'll see

D: Chicken Strip Parmesan

Joule's Foods Fajita Seasoned Pre-Made Chicken Strips (available at Sam's Club)
Harris Teeter Low Fat Park Skim Deli Sliced Mozzarella (1 slice)
1/4 c. Ragu Traditional Organic Pasta Sauce
Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper

A little bit of the sauce so it won't stick, chicken, cheese (mix your seasonings in with the sauce) and heat through in the oven (I am finding the microwave doesn't always do my food justice...especially since I can't WOLF it down like I used to so it gets cold FAST!!!

Nutrition = 633 calories, 16g carbs, 66g protein

Water: 4 cups so far...more to come
Vitamins/Meds: 1/2 done, 1/2 later
Exercise: Took out the trash, walked around the apartment complex, and did some "light cleaning" in my room this AM while on a training call for work...

Can't believe it'll be 6 weeks this Thursday. Time flies (or rides fast)!
