Hi Donna,
I think the instructions on the back calls for 12-14oz. of water but I actually use 8oz. of unsweetened almond milk & 4oz. of water. I shake it in my blender bottle and then add ice. It tastes so yummy & perfect. I swear it's slowly replacing my transfer addiction of iced coffee!!! I want this every day for breakfast!!! I'm sooo hooked!!!
I bought the single packs first to make sure I liked it. I freaking love it. I'm waiting for my shipment from Amazon to arrive tomorrow. It won't arrive soon enough!!!

B: Coffee with 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder, 1.5 tbls. sugar-free caramel vanilla creamer (drank about half, it always goes cold before I can finish)
S: 4 cheddar cheese cubes
L: Blueberry Chobani greek yogurt
S: hard boiled egg
D: Mini Mexican meatloaf with plain greek yogurt (in place of sour cream), 2 cheddar cheese cubes
Liquids: 16 oz. so far
Vitamins: a few left, will take around 4pm
Exercise: Hoping to get a 20 minute walk in with the dog during my hour break between my day job and night job!

Well my morning just about started only now. It's a little after 8am here in gorgeous Hawaii!!...

L: String Cheese and Fage Yogurt sweetened with Agave
S: Turkey Jerky
D: Baked Salmon and steamed broccoli
My goal is to keep it under 800 calories per Dr. C orders. I just saw him about 2 1/2 weeks ago for a 5 year post op checkup. I want to lose 20 pounds of regain.....so here I am about 9-10lbs already down. Woooohoooooo!! Can't wait to use the bathroom this morning...I know...TMI but i wanna see the scale move.....bwahahahahahaha!!
