Hey everyone!!!  My morning didn't start out the best but I made the best of the situation...separate post to come. 

B:  1/2 Protein Shake (Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Spinach, SF Syrup) = 163 cal, 25g protein, 15g carbs, 3g fiber
S:  Approx 6 Tbsp Peanut Butter = 570 cal, 21g protein, 21g carbs, 6g fiber
S:  1 Cup Coffee; 1/2 Atkins bar = 107 cal, 6g protein, 10g carbs, 4g fiber
L:  4oz Tuna; Green Salad = 236 cal, 29g protein, 17g carbs, 5g fiber
S:  String Cheese = 80 cal, 6g protein, 1g carbs, 0g fiber
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh = 360 cal, 23g protein, 11g carbs, 1g fiber
S:  N/A

As noted above = 1,516 cal, 110g protein, 75g carbs, 19g fiber

Water:  Goal 16 cups (right now barely 6)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Deciding its either 2 miles or 30 min Cross Train

L:  2oz ham steak, 2oz cottage cheese

S:  .5 oz teriyaki beef jerky

Total calories so far: 428    Protein: 63 gms    Carbs: 16

D:  ? not sure yet- some type of fish though

I made them last night. 2 versions one that had prosciutto and the other with turkey.

Heres the recipe I used. I just tweaked it a little.

B - Premier Nutrition Protein Shake / Cup of Choc. Raspberry Truffle K-cup coffee   = 161 cal, 30gr prot.
S - Dannon Oikos - Key Lime = 160 cal, 11 gr prot.
L - Ham (2oz), cheese stick , homemade broccoli salad = 279 cal, 21 gr prot
(plan to have for dinner - spinach, feta , chicken patty and mixed green salad ( approx 200cal, 20 gr prot)

total : 780 cal, 82 gr prot, 37 carbs

W - working on that now!
E - might try bike riding tonight
V - 1/2 way done.

I packed a bag with lots of snacks and food but I have no idea what I'm actually going to eat. 

Started my day with a 3 mi run. Drank about 1/2 protein shake after. Tried to drink some coffee - didn't work out to well. 

Bk - egg whites, turkey sausage and mini pita

S: fresh veggies, 2 oz chicken

L: beef stew, mini pita 

S: egg white salad, 1/2 veggie omelette

Since yesterday I have been following my diet to a "T"!!! yay!

I came back to edit this post like I said I would if my diet plan changed thru the day. 
Changes are in PINK!!!


B: Click Mocha Protein Shake
S: Turkey Pepperoni Crisps
L: 2 prosciutto/light swiss cheese wrapped hard boiled eggs (I made too many this week and I don't like to waste food if I can help it so I'm eating these. They will be yummy!!!) Took me 45 minute to eat both eggs!
S: 6oz. plain greek yogurt sweetneded w/SF cheesecake pudding mix
D: protein-style cheeseburger wm/mustard

Calories: 797
Carbs: 36
Protein: 83

Water: 8 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: Brisk walking at work, going to see Franz Ferdinard tonight!!!
