At 4+ years out that our sleeves may seem a bit bigger. But, if you use your pyloric sphincter like Frisco had posted...Since July 24th I have been eating around 800 calories a day. Because I am eating my dense protein first. One day I went over 1000 by 61 calories because I had a panni that day..But over all..I haven't been hungry at all..Except when I was fighting my GERD when I got back on plan..

There's my little blurb of the decade..hehe...Just so you'd know a part of my journey and my experience.

Hugs

Donna

thanks for sharing. These are things we all need to know. I'm looking to the vets to see what it's like down the road years from now. Very encouraging!

I guess that's the great thing about an awesome well rounded support group - the real vets with their wisdom and experience and us newbies with our excitement and WL glow ;)

Im ordering both of you to stay around!

I love this post.  I think you are right, when we eat dense protein and fibrous veggies, we can go right back to living on 800 calories even years out.  This, and all the head work I did early on, make me feel so confident that this time is different; this time the weight will stay off for good.  Thank you for this post.

I am almost two years out and there are some days that I think I could eat 800 cal/day, but I eat more, because of needing fuel for my workouts. Dense protein first is the one of keys to success. Thank you for your post. I think people get into trouble, when they forget the "rules."
