B- 2 oz's of greek yogurt

L- 2 oz's of chili beans and two turkey peperoni

S-  Half of a chocolate protien shake with pb2

D-  2 oz's of tuna maybe a slice of cheese

Water-  On track need one more bottle

Vits-  On track one more multi

Happy Monday!
I'm late to the party again I had jury duty today which totally sucked!

B: protein coffee
B2: 1.7 oz beef tenderloin
L: lettuce tacos
D: steamed chicken with laughing cow light Swiss

water: 16 cups so far
vitamins: done!
exercise: walking
