I had to think about this one... I love the idea of weekly goals!

1) Enjoy my last full week away from work (preplanning starts next Wednesday, and grad school starts back the week after)
2) Make sure I'm getting in all of my fluids each day. For some reason I've been lagging behind on that lately.
3) Get at least 90 grams of protein a day.
4) Exercise every day between now and Saturday.

1. Get back to the middle to low range of my maintenance range.
     - will do by tracking all intake, upping water to 100+oz per day, pushing protein to
       120 gms per day.

2. Practice mindful eating habits all week long

3. Even though I'm back to work in meetings this week, still make it to the gym M-F.

I too work a crazy work schedule this week. A 12 hour day today, two 14 hour days and two 8 hour days. My goal is to get in 3 thirty minute walks and to prepack all my meals, as I'm eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at work most days.

I cooked and froze some mini meatloaves on Saturday night, so I think between that, boiled eggs, yogurts, nuts, cheese etc. I'll have plenty of go-to meals and snacks.

On another note, I'd also like to get all my homework in on time this week. I'm going to school part-time too and I've been so overwhelmed lately that my schoolwork has been suffering. Time to refocus this week.

So there it is:

1.) Three 30 minute walks
2.) Prepack all meals for work
3.) Submit homework on time

I can do this.

My goal this week is to run 5.0mph for more 3 minutes at least once. The mental block with 5.0mph is starting to tick me off. It is why I am not progressing with my run. I have run 4.5 for almost 2 miles. I have run 7mph sprint for 1 minute. But I can't run 5mph for more than a couple of minutes?!  It doesn't make sense.  So I am going to ask my visiting friend to help me do it when she gets here Wednesday.

Find a doctor and make an appointment. Then I will speak to her about recommendations for my other specialists: pulmonologist, psychologist, etc. Today, I picked one, but called right when they closed.  So, I will call tomorrow.

My water intake went down. I like water... a lot. But when I started grazing (getting much better), I messed up my water consumption. I simply fell out of the habit.  I used to drink 32 ounces before I left the house and 16-20 at work then another 16-32 at night. Starting Tuesday. I'm going back to that. My goal is to meet that at least 4 times between Tuesday and Sunday.

1. run 5mph
2. make doctor appointment
3. more water- 64 oz minimum
