Weekly Challenge - what's your goal

I can't believe its another week already.

Last weeks goal and results - I'd call it a success with about a 70% improvement. Still have a little work to do on that goal. But on to the next one:

This weeks goal: survival.  I have a very very crazy week at work this week, and I expect to be working at least 12 hours a day (soo not normal for me) so - I just want to survive in a healthy way. I've made  a promise to myself that I'm not going out to eat, and not eating any unplanned snacks/meals, especially at work. I will finish week 2 of my 12 week 1/2 marathon training, and I will pack my lunch every morning with lots of good snacks.

I spent 2 hours last night making my food for the week and deliberately packed low cal snacks to bring with me since I know im going to be stressed - I have little bags of veggies, and little 2oz bags of chicken, and lots of egg white snacks.

This is definitely a week where I can either make some serious forward progress or not...2 years ago when I had this occassional crazy weeks, I used to live off fast food 3 times a day, countless energy drinks and bags of chocolate to get through the stress. Now, I'm just not going there. Food won't solve my problems (thats going to be on repeat through my head all week)

Your turn - wht is your goal, and how will you accompli****

My goal for this week is to get through surgery the day after tomorrow, and walk, rest, sip, repeat...
I was gonna say, try not to **** my pants, but that's not really a goal...
Have a good week!

Trying not to **** your pants post surgery is very much a goal! Believe me it is a worthy one! LOL! Just remember to never trust a fart until you're on solids!

My goal this week is to try 2 new exercise activities so I've decided that on Wednesday night I am going to try lane swimming and on Sunday I am going to try my first ever hot yoga class!

I'd also like to see myself changing up my food as I seem to eat the same things over and over and over again!

Last week was good for me I did let the scale rule me but not over the weekend cause there was no scale there for my family camping trip lol.  I had so much fun this weekend riding my bike, hiking and walking and stayed on track eating when I was suppose to and what I had pre made.  The smores and roasted marshmallows were tempting but I didn't give in I sipped on my hot chocolate protein mix instead and that helped.

This week's goal is to readjust my schedule, my daughter goes back to school tomorrow so my eating times are going to change since I will be getting up earlier.  Today I will relax and spend time with my daughter we are going to get a mani pedi together.  Then I will go and get all the planed food for this week so that I have healthy stuff ready to grab in case I'm in a hurry. Sometimes with the school season starting It seems I'm always in a hurry.  Also I will keep up with my exercise routine even tho I am so so sore and tired from this last weekends lil camping adventure.  So I will do everyday this week of walking away the pounds 2 mile or 40 min on my treadmill except for Sunday that will be my day off.

I missed last week, so I'm glad I saw this.

I have a couple of goals:

*Get my MS out in the mail to my editor by today (****!)
*Add walking or the eliptical to my daily workouts. (The last 25 lbs are kicking my butt. Time to kick back)
*Stop the nibbling - it's killing my mojo

My goal is to finish this 2 week pre-op liquid diet without cheating and to exercise more. To start walking on the treadmill.

I intentionally did not exercise while doing my 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I didn't want to make myself faint or hungry. So be careful. I didn't cheat. It was more important for me to do that than exercise.

Being prepared in advance will help you immensely, you can do this!!

My goals remain the same.  I did well last week, very well.......then the weekend came.

Low-carb, walks at lunch, gym at night......that's my plan and I am sticking to it!
