Thanks for everything, you rock! I wasn't ever given a real plan by my NUT, just to eat smaller portions.

I am so glad that you are (or were) here sharing the info from Dr. Cirangle. Using that info, I have been able to get the results I was looking for.

Yes, I am still a compulsive/emotional eater and I always will be. Adding excersize has helped me alot...Oh, and keeping Nutella out of the house!

I enjoy reading all of your posts and I have gleaned some very helpful information, so please don't stop posting!

Deb, thanks, if you have been following me, you know what a long road it's been. I think the sleeve was the best money I have ever spent! I wi**** was available when I was in my early 20's! But I just have to milk my late 30's for all they are worth! Hahahah

I'm just at the beginning of my journey, which I know will last a life time because I am addicted to food and moderation will not be the way for me to successful long term.

Hi Heather!

You look absolutely wonderful! i'm at 18 mos and 106 down. i'm not Cirangle skinny, but pleased with my loss. i'm totally stuggling with the not eating like a normal person thing. Ack! feel so bad about myself because of it. but i think i'm at the beginning of maintenance and learning newer tools even than i've developed so far. it's reall scaring me right now!

i'm so proud of you for losing that 30 lbs. it gives me a little less fear! Thank you!!!!
