2. Have exercised 3 times two more to go. Fri and sat.
3. I forgot about the fish. I will make it for dinner tomorrow. I took chicken out for today.
4. Running in the morning before work has not happened at all. I doubt it will. I'll try tomorrow. If not I'm running early Saturday.

My first goal was to keep better track of my water...I'm doing better, but still struggling. I drink out of a cup at home and sometimes lose track of how many cups I've had...or it gets warm and I pour it out and get a new cup. Same thing with bottles of water...I rarely finish a whole bottle. BUT...I'm still trying! Today will be a better day!
My second goal was to get closer to 70g of protein/day. Yesterday I got 69. I'm getting there!
Maybe just try throwing some ice in the cup instead of throwing it out?
Maybe try a slushee too if you have some kind of blender - throw some ice/water and flavoring like crystal light or Mio in and make a treat.
