B: hard boiled egg and 1 turkey sausage

MS: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

L: left over crock pot creamy chicken tacos (the last dish, sadly!!!)

S: 2% mozzarella string cheese

D: 6 slices deli turkey and a giant pickle!

exercise: working a 5 hour shift walking around the ER
water: on track
vits: morning done

E: TRX Suspension training this morning, 2 mile walk at lunch, and 90 minutes with personal trainer tonight doing strength training.

Heaviest Weight: 330 Goal Weight: 175 Current Weight: 150

B-Pc Chicken w/ Cheese (1/2)

L- Hamburger w/ Cheese, Couple Fries

D- Turkey Burger w 1/2 Cheese Stick, Onions and Peppers

Maybe a Protein Shake Once I See Where I'm At For The Day With Protein
