Bk: grilled talapia and 1/2 sandwich thin, coffee, coffee
S: protein iced coffee, light string cheese
L: 1/2 sandwich thin, sausage/veggie omelette, Greek yogurt w SF preserves
S: cottage cheese, light string cheese
D: uhhhh....probably a protein shake and a little bit of oatmeal
Water - probably 60oz already,
Exercise - kickboxing, stretching

B: mint cookie shake
S: lean ground beef with taco seasoning, salsa, and low fat cheese (1.5oz meat, toppings .5 oz total)
L: roasted chicken breast
D: steamed chicken with laughing cow light Swiss wedge
S: hopefully not! I have some sliced cucs and ff GY dip if I get hungry though, for a total of 26 cal, 3 protein, 3 carb.
water: 9 cups so far, at least 16 for a goal
vitamins: one calcium dose needed
exercise: Still restricted because of my knee, but I'll do some upper body weight training tonight. When I do upper body I usually do super sets with weighted squats, but won't be able to do those for a while

Doc thinks it's a minor sprain, and a lot of fluid in there. He said to rest and ice until the pain and swelling go away. He doesn't think it needs an MRI but if it doesn't get better in a couple of weeks to get one. I tore my MCL in that knee a year and a half ago, and this doesn't feel like that pain so I think I'll be good.

L: 1 1/2 oz turket breast, 1 oz ceeze
S: 1 lemon tea Syntrax Nectar protein shake
D: 2 1/2 oz turkey breast, a few cucumber slices
S: a couple slices of homemade dill pickles (my friend makes them, they're fabulous)
Water: half done
Vits: Ditto

Exercise- I'm making this my day off since I'll be riding my new bike all weekend, Plus I have a really sore muscle right below my biggest incision
