Yay for 1/2 marathon training!! I was up at 5am and went for a 3 mile run before the sun came up.
Pre-BK - protein shake
Bk- eggs whites, 1/2 sandwich thin
S: cottage cheese, iced protein coffee
L: morning star pizza burger , 1/2 sandwich thin
S: another morning star burger
D: chicken and veggies
Im hoping to get another kickboxing class in tonight. I hate addicting exercise lol.

Hey Pobearsam7 yes I do I know it sounds gross but it's not bad sometimes I do ketchup lol I'm weird. But I do the low fat mayo and a lil less then a teaspoon. And so far so good on the strawberries I only manage to get in two or three bites of one strawberry. I do 3 bites of protein then one bite of fruit and the same if I do a veggie 3 bites of protein one bite of veggie. I kicked up the exercise last week to 40 min which gets me to 2 miles or sometimes 2.5 miles. I did good last week but wow am I feeling it this week lol!
