If you know me then you know today means POPEYES!!! Ok seriously I love my chicken from Popeyes, lol. Ok seriously back to business. Alison and I among my other friends are doing the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon in LA on October 28th...ROOT us on. As such I woke up this morning at 4:45 and hit the street to do my 2 miles. I can't remember the LAST time I was UP and OUT before 5am to do ANYTHING!!
B: Protein Minute Muffin thing; Coffee
S: String Cheese
L: 3oz Chicken Salad on top of Salad
S: Krogers Carb Master Yogurt
D: 2 Chicken Legs; Salad
S: Ch****n Thigh
Water: Goal 12-16 cups (Done with 4)
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: Did 2.2 miles of walking this morning!
