If you know me then you know today means POPEYES!!!  Ok seriously I love my chicken from Popeyes, lol.  Ok seriously back to business.  Alison and I among my other friends are doing the Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon in LA on October 28th...ROOT us on.  As such I woke up this morning at 4:45 and hit the street to do my 2 miles.  I can't remember the LAST time I was UP and OUT before 5am to do ANYTHING!!

B:  Protein Minute Muffin thing; Coffee
S:  String Cheese
L:  3oz Chicken Salad on top of Salad
S:  Krogers Carb Master Yogurt
D:  2 Chicken Legs; Salad
S:  Ch****n Thigh

Water:  Goal 12-16 cups (Done with 4)
Vitamins:  On Track
Exercise:  Did 2.2 miles of walking this morning!

S- hard boiled egg
D- 2 oz tuna

Water- on track
Exercise- 10 min walk/ 15 min elliptical
Vits- on track

This seems easy enough what is the protein total.. I am to lazy to figure. I am looking for easy food for when I go back to work....Thanks

It is about 64 gr protein, but under 500 calories, I may add 2 oz if baked chicken to bump it up some of eat another boiled egg tonight

Don't you love the GNC shakes. The taste so so good. I could drink them like Chocolate Milk, if I had the room. LOL

L:  taco casserole w/ greek yogurt (in place of sour cream)
S:  nonfat latte
D:  greek yogurt
S:  don't know, but there will be one!
