Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
B- A lil more then half of one scrambled egg with salsa and a lil shredded cheese
L- Two thin slices of turkey meat with a teaspoon of cream cheese spread in the middle and one slice of turkey peperoni in the middle and a sprinkle of cheese rolled up.
S- Half of a premier protein shake chocolate
D- 2oz of Turkey burger and a couple bites of some veggie
Water- On track
Vits- On track
Exercise- 2 mile walk away the pounds

Slept late today, so here's what I have so far:
B- premier shake
S- probably some string cheese and 1/2 serving of almonds
L- some type of grilled chicken
Water- 3 cups so far, but that will change quickly
Vits- on track
Exercise- hitting the gym hard tonight since I have been REALLY lazy the last few days.

B2: low fat cottage cheese
L: lean ground beef with taco seasoning, salsa, and low fat shredded Mexican blend cheese
D: roasted rosemary chicken breast
S: steamed chicken breast with laughing cow light Swiss
water: 8 cups so far
vitamins: I still need bedtime calcium and b12. I've only been taking b12 once a week but I'm having labs drawn later this afternoon and I wasn't sure if taking it beforehand would mess up the result since I usually just take it on Mondays.
exercise: none for me today. I know I keep complaining, but my knee really effing hurts!

S: cookies and cream matrix protein shake with almond milk (unsweetened)
L: roast beef (2 oz) and three cooked baby carrots
S: string cheese or if I succumb to temptation, one cookie
D: 1/2 hamburger with cheese, no bun.
Water: 2 cups down, 6 cups to go
Exercise: today is a rest day and after last nights run I NEED IT! lol
S: cookies and cream matrix protein shake with almond milk (unsweetened)
L: roast beef (2 oz) and three cooked baby carrots
S: string cheese or if I succumb to temptation, one cookie
