Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
On of the BIGGEST I'm going to start my diet TODAY days of the week!! Well not me...I started last week and I'm going strong thanks in part to ALL the support you guys have given me!!
B: Protein Shake; Coffee
S: String Cheese
L: 3oz Chicken Salad on top of Salad
S: CarbMaster "Yogurt"
S: During/Post Workout - Nectar Roadside Lemonade w/Special K Pink Lemonade
D: Chicken Curry on top of Bean Sprouts
S: Hopefully NOTHING...working on that night eating
Water: Goal 16 cups (currently 6)
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: 3 miles on the treadmill (1/2 Marathon Training in the house)!!

2 pounds chicken breast
8 ounces pace chunky salsa (or whatever salsa you like)
1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese (my NUT is anti-fat free stuff because of all of the added preservatives and sugars)
1 packet taco or fajita seasoning (I used fajita the other day because we were out of taco and it was just as good!)

S: nothing (afraid more coffee would push me off the edge right now)
L: 2 roast beef deli slices rolled w/1 slice deli swiss.... Later I'll eat some sweet peppers with bleu cheese yogurt dressing when I get more room in my tummy

Exercise: walking at work but need some serious destressing type workout tonight.

L - 1/2 Isopure drink
S - 1/2 Isopure drink
D - Spinach shake
Water - 40 oz so far - working on getting to 100 oz

L: salad ( romaine lettue, ff swiss, almonds, chicken, pinneaple, blueberries & ff poppyseed dressing--yummy)

D: salad with grilled pork chop instead of chicken

Exercise: ?(may walk after work since I didn't do my morning walk.
