Weekly Challenge - What's your goal?

My Goals for this week:
1. Follow my workout schedule exactly as I have it down. This will mean getting up at 6:00 or 6:30 each morning and working out FIRST before getting on the internet and thus getting stuck there.
2. I will also do my evening workout BEFORE I sit down to watch any evening shows I might have planned to watch, because once my butt is in the chair I can come up with too many reasons to NOT workout.
3. I will stay in my food plan on 600-800 calories, with a minimum deficit of 1700 a day. Continuing to weigh and measure everything and not get upset if I don't drop 1/2 a pound every day.
4. I will preplan my homeschooled sons work so I know what's coming up, be patient with him, and keep him on task even when I'd rather just lock him in his room and run away.

My schedule is a little better this week. So, my goal is to log a full day (as opposed to 1-2 meals) onto MFP 4 times this week. 1 down and 3 to go. This was hard to do when I was getting home around bedtime. I didn't want to touch the computer.
My second goal is to work on the grazing. I did better at work today. I have to distract myself when the urge comes and just suck it up. Again, planned snacks are good; what I call grazing is not so good. It is usually spontaneous without any planning or hesitation and often involves something that is completely counterproductive.

Are you able to log on your phone? It would be tons easier....I dont even have to search for my foods anymore.Once you eat the same thing a few times, or enter a recipe, it's just one click to enter.
