Missed out on this last week but this week I'm in.

1. Measure my food!!  I've been bad the last week about not measuring it before I put it in my mouth.  Need to kick that now.

2.  Get to the gym at least 3 days this week.  And take walks with the kids on the days that I don't go to the gym.

3.  Not weight loss related but I need to get packed for my trip to Atlanta.  So I'm doing that this week so I'm ready when it's time to go next week.

Good morning everyone!

1. I will keep on continuing to brown bagged it to work!! And not taking food when people offer it!!! It's making small changes on the scale. - 4.6 pounds since Wednesday.

2. Will keep posting on Ms. Shell's Watcha Eating daily and logging on MFP.

3. I'm going to add exercise to my plan this week. I don't want to commit to saying to the gym. But, even a walk after supper around our new community. Haven't been out yet!

4. Will keep drinking my 64 oz's of water daily and try to up it more!

5. Keep measuring and weighing my food...(Something new to me.)

Hugs

Donna

 Goals:
1.  Increase exercise minimum to 20 min every day. (semi-recumbent bike and a video game work          wonderfully for me!)
2.  Increase average speed to 12 miles/hr on bike.
3. Reduce snacking. . . take limited snacks in to work and avoid the Free Food pitfalls.
4. No more M&M's! (at least not until my period starts again next month)

Hi my friend,
I feel the need to "detox" today, I was just having too much fun yesterday, if you can call it that...

1) Cardio for 45 min. 3 x's this week, plus at least 30 min. of brisk walking everyday
2) Drink 10 cups of water
3) Stop obsessing about this Click Mocha stuff. I'm down to 1 packet left (not including the 1 I am drinking now or the 1 packet I'm giving you to try!)
4) I really want to try to get back to 650-700 calories this week if I can.

I will do my best gurlfriend!!!! Luv ya!

One of my goals this week is to relax a little and not focus on how much I am losing each day, I plan to do this by keeping busy with keeping my house up from all the cleaning I did last week and by not weighing till Friday.  I have a big weekend ahead of me and I am so excited which brings me to my next goal.  We are including our 11 yr old daughter in our wedding anniversary this weekend by going up to CO for a camping trip.  We went and bought bikes but my daughter doesn't know that yet its a surprise he he.  Anyway the plan is to tent camp and fish and ride those new bikes like no other.

This is a huge change for my family and I.  Usually for our anniversary my daughter stays with my mom and we go out to a huge dinner and movie we would just stuff ourselves with food and drink lol.  I have not been on a bike in yrs so my goal is be able to keep up with my family during this camping trip.  I plan to do this because I am so so excited about this trip and I'm planing to have all my meals premaid and packed up for the trip.

1)  Track my food...I really, really hate this.  I know it's necessary, but it's so tedious.  I need to make this a habit.

2)  Lose 5 lbs before surgery on August 16th.

Buon Giorno Everyone!

Goal One:  continue going to my fitness center 3 - 4 times a week..........can do only minimal exercising due to second surgery for hernia repair, but I can ride the recumbent bike.  Continue to use the machines and free weights with the 20 pounds I'm allowed -- 40 minutes minimum.

Goal Two:  While on recumbent bike pedal hard enough to go 3 miles in under 18 minutes.  If I listen to music on my iPod, it helps -- Neil Diamond gets me 3 miles in 19 minutes, the early Beatles music gets me 3 miles in 18.5 minutes.  Maybe Brandenburg Concertos next???

Goal Three:  stop obsessing over not losing any weight for the last 4 days..........GRRRRRR

Goal Four:  continue to measure/weigh foods and get requisite fluids and protein in.

Goal Five:  find the courage to dig out the one and ONLY pair of jeans I've ever had and see if I can shove this still very large body into them.  Even if I can get them over my hips, not even zipped or buttoned, I'll be content.  Gotta start somewhere, right?

Let us all go after our goals with vigor!

I can't even begin to tell you how awesome and powerful this post is and how much I love it.  Thank you Allison for being an inspiration on so many levels.  I really appreciate you in a huge, huge way.

My goals for this week:

1) Since I am going to be in Maui for one week, my goal is to come back weighing within three pounds of what I weigh today.  I am at 105.8 today, so no more than an 108.8 when I come back.  I will achieve this goal by following these rules: 1) I will eat my regular breakfast in my hotel every morning--coffee, two eggs and laughing cow cheese, as usual.  2) I will pack my lunches when I go for out for the day.  If I am out and about and do not have food with me, I will find the freshest sushimi place and eat there.  3) I will allow myself to have the dinner of my choice and two drinks.  I will stay active most days and dance every night I can when I am there.  I will also work out with weights at the gym at least two times.  That's my plan and I am sticking to it.  Thank you for giving me the chance to write it all out.
