I truly don't do my BEST on the weekends but I am nothing if NOT determined.

B:  2 Boiled Eggs; 5 Pepperoni Slices
S:  Coffee; Atkins Blueberry thingie
S:  Nectar Roadside Lemonade (protein); Special K Protein/Fiber Mix
L:  Salmon; Salad
S:  N/A
D:  ??

Water:  Goal 16 cups (so far 4)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Personal Trainer session

Weekends are the toughies for me too!

Going in really light as I have a party to go to, and I am in the middle of making a mess of blue cheese/bacon/caramelized onion stuffed mushroom caps as nibbles to bring.. low carb, but not low cal!!

B. Double Nectar grapefruit shake w/ 2c vanilla almond milk
sipped on all am, and into the afternoon & coffee..

L. 3/4 Stuffed portabello cap, pizza style (been on a mushroom kick recently) 

D- 1/4 shroom cap pizza leftover, and part of a leftover venison stuffed It. pepper thing from last night..

Party: nibbles of whatever is worthy, prob some cheese/meat.. (and more mushrooms)

 Oh, it came from one of my low-carb food-porn blogs I love, I've got a few.. They're mostly party food, but I had several guys doing "the face" (you know the one) when eating one of these..

 Uh... friggin' everything.  One of the worst days in a long time and struggling to get back even minimally on track :(  Teriyaki baked tofu and stir fry veggies for dinner is planned though, so at least one good choice.
