L: other 1/2 of the Chobani Lemon Greek Yogurt
S: Laughing Cow French Onion wedge, 1 oz. beef jerky
D: Honey Chipotle salmon (2-2.5 oz), sliced beets
S: 1oz. beef jerky
Liquids: Terrible, it's noon here and I have started yet! Will get going after I finish this yogurt
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 30 minutes of my Sweatin to the Oldies dvd, maybe walk the dog a 1/2 hour too (poor thing, I was supposed to bring him for a walk yesterday and I fell asleep on the couch!)

L: roasted chicken breast with fresh rosemary and garlic
D: several leftover options to choose from... shredded rosemary pork loin, steam chicken, roasted chicken, I'm tempted to not go grocery shopping today but if I don't I'll be **** outta luck next week
water: 8 cups in, I'll have another 8 today
vitamins: just need bedtime
exercise: none I really really need some sleep and have to be up super early for a 17 hour shift tomorrow. Does walking at the grocery store count? LOL
