Hey guys...I'm back!!!  It's been awhile.

B:  1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk; 1 Cup Coffee; 1/2 Quest PB&J
S:  1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt mixed with Blackberries & SF Syrup
L:  2 ******G Donuts (I'm over it was almost 4 but I pulled back...it was STILL hard to stop)
S:  N/A
D:  Salmon & Salad

So that's the plan for the day!!  Mindful eating

Water:  12 Cups...new goal 14
Vitamins:  All set
Exercise:  N/A

NEXT...

L: turkey mini meatloaf with BBQ sauce

D: going out for BBQ tonight!

Exercise- taken the day off 1st day back to work

TGIF!!

B- Half of an egg and 2 slices of turkey pepperoni

L- 2oz's of buffalo grilled chicken breast half an ounce of cheese

S- Half of a premier chocolate protein shake

D- Half of a turkey meatball 2oz's and couple of some veggie maybe broccoli

Water- On track to get my 5 bottles in for the day

Vits-  On track

Exercise- 40 min on the treadmill

B: click mocha protein shake! (Yummy!) 
S: iced coffee
L: no lunch, lost track of time in the pool

D: happy hour at TGIFridays(I promise to be good & eat protein first)

Exercise: in the pool today so lots of swimming!! Hopefully I can get more color, my summer tan is already fading!!

I work a flex schedule, 9/80 so I have every other Friday off.  I love it!!!
