B-Coffee w/ Creamer, 1 Egg White, 1 Cheese Stick, 2 pc Turkey Bacon
L-1 Sweet Ilt. Turkey Sag w/ Grilled Onions
S- Choc. Mint Protein Shake
D-BBQ Chicken w/ Peppers and Onions
Vit-None Yet (I always slack at this don't like them, they make me gag) Half the time I don't take them
Exercise- 30 Treadmill Walking/ Running
Liquid- 24oz so far

B: Hard Boiled Egg mashed w/2tsp of my mom's meat spaghetti sauce (friggin yum!)
S: Iced Coffee with 1/4 scoop nectar cappuccino protein
L: 3oz. carne asada w/mini salad (debating if I want to just use salsa or my bleu cheese yogurt dressing)
S: 1 serving salt & vinegar almonds
D: mint protein shake (I'm going thru withdrawals since I haven't had it the past 2 days!)
Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: walking I guess but wish I could get hardcore motivated like Alison to get wasted on some kick boxing!!!

S: French onion Laughing Cow wedge
D: Chipotle Salmon (2 oz.), 1/4 c. beets (maybe less, we'll see after the salmon)
