Weekly Challenge - mid-week check in
Mine was to up my water from 4 bottles to 5 bottles a day and so far I have done that everyday of the week. I was also going to up my exercise when I walk on the treadmill and so far that has gone good too I've been doing 40 min instead of 30. And the last was to get my house in order and so far so good, I have the upstairs left to do and I'm starting it today if I don't fini**** today I will fini**** by tomorrow then I need to keep the whole house up. I made a schedule to make it easier so lets see if I can stick to it. One thing that has been difficult is I have been doing all the cleaning and so then I find myself wanting to say I'm tired lol I really don't want to exercise today its like I wanna trade one for the other. But I haven't given in I have kept to doing both. Now let's just pray I can keep it up lol I should be able to it's not like I work outside the house or anything. I've noticed my family has been more happy this week they like to have the house back in order just as much as I do. And I really appreciated this post and am interested in this being a weekly thing it really helped get my butt in gear!
Great job!

Thats a great start!! Keep going and you'll get to an hour. I keep a written log of all my workouts so I can flip back and see how far ive come! Its great to look back when you do an hour and be able to see how far youve come.

Eeeek! I was thinking about this last night.
1. Water - have passed my goal every day this week so far.
2. Office cleaning - because of my thoughts last night on this subject, I made a to-do list for today. That's on the list. While my husband cleans the outside of my windows hehe
3. Yoga. Nope, gonna fail this one :( I didn't yoga at all mon, tue or yesterday. I did it this morning tho :) - and I am walking to the Starbucks a mile away to get my iced coffee this morning. hehe Also, I told my husband we are also going to the pool today - you should see my list of to do!!

Funniest thing going on here in CT! My aunt who has been one of my most vocal insult wielding relatives about my obesity has been pushing cookies & ice cream on me all week and *****es that I don't eat enough and why don't I eat this or that, etc.... Talk about a 180!!!!!
Anyhow, I've been really good about getting my water and all my bites in. Protein level is great - schlepped beef jerkey, protein powder and my very first Quest bars with me to the east coast. Have strayed a bit, but haven't gone berserk, and it appears I've lost a bit of weight while traveling. That is a first for me!
Am on Amtrak on my way to Baltimore for a few days. Can't wait to be home and back to the gym and my normal routine!

This week has been total chaos. I need some advice. I do not have a smart phone. SO I can't log food on MFP when I am out and about. Should I carry a little notebook?? I also have gone HOURS without drinking anything. I made a goal to have my water bottle with me. I left the house thinking I would only be gone 1 hour. It turned into 6...thanks to my hubby. How do you really let your loved ones know how important our nutrition/water needs are without coming off as a psycho ****** I am thinking I may be having planning issues. Also my gym goal this week has gone awol. I have a flat tire! Yikes!!! My husband and I were gonna ride together...but he has things planned that I am unaware of. HELP!!!
