Do any of you know of a Low Carb BBQ Sauce that you can buy in stores like walmart or Kroger??

I don't know of any specifically, but did you try the diabetic/sugar free section of your grocery store? They might have something there and most of the time the food offered in the diabetic section will also be low carb. Good luck!

I have seen a Low Sugar Heinz BBQ sauce once at the supermarket & it tasted pretty good but I don't know if it's made anymore since I bought it like 5 years ago. I would think if it's lower in sugar that would help cut out some carbs at least.

Walden Farms makes one, but it's not great.

Honestly, a lot of sauces were ones I gave up when I had surgery as part of my overall success plan. I miss it sometimes and once in a VERY blue moon I'll have a little, but now I just view it as empty unneeded calories. Lemon, garlic and things like that are my friends

I found one at Walmart... Its called Stubb's Bar-B-Q Sauce

Mixing it the crock pot with my chicken, onions, garlic, green pepper... So I wont really be eating a lot of it!
