Whatcha Eating Today Tuesday 7/31/12 VSGer's?
B- smoothies king gladiator protein shake
L- something from whole foods( 2 oz meat)
D- gnc lean protein shake
Snack- turkey pepperoni slices
Fluid on track
Vits- left at home. I will take once I'm back at home
Exercise- 45 min walk late tonite- just did my 1 month check up this morning surgeon still has me walking for the next 2 weeks, then the gym, he is dead set against me doing boot camp in 6 months!!! Wtf!!! Ohhh well gotta listen to the doctor... Btw I'm now down to 248lbs post vsg!!!Started at 299 lbs in Jan 2012 for consult, 268lbs day of vsg.

B: 25 cal peppermint mocha, egg white veggie omlette, 1/2 sandwich thin
S: iced protein coffee, deli meat/cheese
L: teriyaki chicken skewer, 1/2 sandwich thin
S: greek yogurt, i have an extra 1/2 sandwich thin that I may or may not eat
D: depends on whether I get my butt to the gym or not. Either a protein shake and 3oz talapia (if I go) or otherwise im going to sautee some veggies with my fish and add a thai curry sauce. Or if im just lazy I might eat a morning star burger!
If my legs cooperate, I'm hoping for a spin class tonight.

vitamins: ****! I still need 2 calcium doses
exercise: hubs and I both flaked on weight training last night, so we have plans to do it tonight

B: Premier Protein Shake -- chocolate
S: 50 cal string cheese stick
L: Italian turkey meatballs w/marinara sauce and 3/4 ounce of mozzarella cheese shreds
D: 1/4 cup cottage cheese with a dab of mustard and 1 T of ketchup (yes, I know - weird)
2 50 cal string cheese sticks
Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: All done
Exercise: 10 minutes on recumbent bike and 20 minutes with 20 pounds of free weights -- all I'm allowed right now.
