L- Sweet Ilt. Turkey Sag., Grilled Onions 4oz

D-Same as Lunch

Vit-Bp so far
Liquids- 16oz Down in coffee 
Exercise-Treadmill 30 mins (didn't exercise last night, knee still hurts)

Morning everyone!

B: Sugar-free Vanilla Caramel coffee

L: Chobani blueberry yogurt

S: Slice of American Cheese

D: Mint cookie shake made with skim milk

S: beef jerky

Liquids: 1 cups so far, will hit the finish line before bed
Vits: Done
Exercise: Don't laugh! A Richard Simmons "Party Off the Pounds" dvd. My kids love to do it with me.

B: hard boiled egg w/black pepper toscano cheese
S: Starbucks unsweetened iced coffee w/ 1/2 scoop nectar cappuccino
L: roast beef w/ Swiss cheese, tomato slices
S: turkey/cheddar roll-up
D: mint cookie protein shake

Water: 3 cups so far
Vits: need to eat breakfast first before I start
Exercise: brisk walking at work, 45 min. Cardio this evening

D- Making turkey meatball spaghetti so 1 or 2 of the meatballs depending on the size of them

I make it myself. I use two cans of blue runner cream style red beans, one can of chicken broth and one pound of turkey sausage. I brown the sausage and add some onion and garlic. Then I mix in the beans and chicken stock and let simmer and you can season to your liking. If you can't find the blue runner beans just buy regular red beans and mash some up to make it creamier.
