Weekly Challenge - setting goals
What a great motivation, and trust me I really need it. My goals for this week will be
1. Work harder to get my fluids in by logging them
2. plan, prepare, and pre-measure meals ( I worry that I am eating too much)
3. Print and follow the plan I found to train for a 5K.
4. Actively try to find new healthy meals for me and my family to enjoy.

I need to work on my portion sizes and snacks. I stopped weighing and measuring for the past week as we went out of town for a few days. I noticed I started snacking like crazy, handful of almonds here, cheese there. I will weigh and measure my food again. Need to get back to my routine. Seems like I went a little crazy just because I was out of my comfortable niche.
