Weekly Challenge - setting goals

this is more for myself to make it more concrete:
-drink 8 glasses of water to help keep full
-wait 30 mins to eat after drinking and drink only 30 mins after eating
-plan meals out ahead of time and record the days meals in myfitnesspal the day before, so i have a plan for the day before i start.
-listen to my body, and what will make me feel good, empowered, strong, happy and healthy and not the head games.
planning ahead will be key
2) walk 1x a day for at least 1 mile.
3) only one cup of coffee a day (this is going to be nearly impossible)
4) be better about my liquids! over 80oz every single day!

1. pre-cook and package all of my lunches for the next 8 days (the # of shifts I'm working in a row starting tomorrow)
2. bring 2 liters of water/crystal lite with me to work every day and actually drink it all
3. go to sleep when it gets to be late at night and I start to feel munchy and tired instead of munching in front of the television and staying up later

My goals:
1.Get enough water - went out and bought a 24 oz water bottle to keep with and refill all week
2. Stay on track - my aunt is trilled I'm thin now and is now complaining I don't eat enough. She's pushing cookies and lasagna and is insisting on pizza for dinner. I'm fighting a good fight so far!
3. Find time to exercise - going to slip away to the park, walk the dog, do some resistance work using my own weight!
Figure that's enough for an away from home week.
Also, sitting in Starbucks thinking of Jenn while drinking a regular plain decaf . I'm soooooo boring. What is it that y'all are hooked on? I'll try one tomorrow!
