I like this challenge

1: I really need to stop obsessing about work, and stop taking it home with me. I will do this by not allowing myself to check work e-mail or work related things while at home. Not sure how I'll deal with the obsessive part yet... suggestions are welcome!

2: Try something at the gym BESIDES the elliptical. It gives me a great work out, but I don't really enjoy it.

3: Schedule at least one of those free personal training sessions that came with the gym membership!

4: Do something nice for myself. Maybe do my nails, or my hair, get a facial, buy an outfit, read a great book, something that I will enjoy. I really haven't given myself enough "me" time lately.

 LOVE this!

Here we go:

1) Get the yoga in 5 days this week.  (I don't want to do it due to pain most days, so making excuses)
2) Get all the water in all week.  Made it a point yesterday and succeeded - time to continue.
3) Finish cleaning and organizing my office before Friday. (this is quite the chore).

Yay here we go!!

Okay my goals are as follows:
- Go on my 3.5 mile walk at 4 days during my lunch break this week
- Go to the gym after work at least 3 days this week
- Stay as low-carb as I can with  my eating all week

I'm fur sure needing this right now, with help from Frisco:

1. keep calories between 600-800
2. carbs at 40 and below
3. protein up to 70
4. keep working out

here's to breaking the stall!
