S: zone protein bar (not the best choice but was stuck in a meeting!)

D: my godbaby is getting baptized tonight so we will probably go out to eat afterwards!

Nothing. . . Have no appetite after my breast reduction. Forcing myself to have a few sips of protein drink each time I take my Vicodin. Hope I start getting back to normal soon.

I know I know, but the Vicodin haze is so much better. I'm making myself finish a protein drink for dinner. I'll still be way under for protein but at least it's something.

Snack: 4 oz. chocolate protein drink
Lunch: 1/3 cup tilapia
Snack: 6 oz. chocolate protein drink
Dinner: 1/3 cup Shelly's Baked Ricotta
Snack: 7 oz. chocolate protein drink
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with cheese
Water: 33 oz. done
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: 22 minutes on treadmill this A.M., and will do another 22 minutes this evening
Lunch: 1/3 cup tilapia
Snack: 6 oz. chocolate protein drink
Dinner: 1/3 cup Shelly's Baked Ricotta
Snack: 7 oz. chocolate protein drink
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with cheese
Water: 33 oz. done
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: 22 minutes on treadmill this A.M., and will do another 22 minutes this evening

L- 2oz's of ground turkey that has a teaspoon of ketchup and half a teaspoon of mustered mixed in and 2 bites of watermelon
S- Half of a premier chocolate protein shake
D- 2oz's of left over turkey meatloaf and a couple bites of cooked red peppers
Water- I have one more bottle to go
Vits- On track
Exercise- 30 min on the treadmill ( I'm getting bored with this lol but they said I can't do anything but wal****il my appointment the end of Aug not even curves. :( Might go buy the walk away the pounds.
