B: turkey sausage w/scrambled egg
S: iced coffee w/SF caramel syrup, splenda, unsweetened almond milk
L: chef salad w/ 1 serving bleu cheese yogurt dressing
S: 1/2 serving of salt & vinegar almonds
D: chocolate protein shake w/PB2, unsweetened almond milk, blended w/ice
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: brisk walking & advanced Zumba tonight!!!

D - ?? Thinking maybe of making a turkey meatloaf for me and the hubby - but not sure.
Have the day off so doing yoga, then walking to grocery store, then baking some treats (will post pics - love me some food porn!), and coming up with dinner ideas at that time.

Exercise: 35 min recumbant bike, 18 min treadmill and 20 min around the track at my gym after I get off work
L: BabyBel Light and 5.3oz Plain greek yogurt w/Davinci Raspberry syrup & Vitamin Water Zero (1 hour later)

Started my day off with a 30 min light walk. Soo weird to just walk outside but it was totally refreshing.
Before my walk - 1/2 small banana.

S: deli meat/Swiss cheese, cucumbers and light balsamic
