Whatcha Eating Today Monday 7/23/12 VSGer's?

 I've hit a stall and it's driving me b-a-n-a-n-a-s. But I know it will pass. No one has ever stopped losing weight after 2 months. 

B:  Premier Protein Chocolate RTD shake

S:  1/4 cup green grapes

L:  2 tofurky roll ups w/ 1 oz LF mozzarella cheese (going add a pickle to this next time!)
     3/4 cup Fage non-fat plain Greek yogurt w/ 1/4 packet crystal light lemonade mixed in

S: 1/2 Quest Vanilla almond bar 
     Light babybel cheese 
     (this was pre workout)

D:  Boca chicken pattie 
      1/4 cup cooked mixed veggies

S:  jello sugar free 60 calorie dark chocolate pudding

Water: 70 ounces so far
Exercise:  elliptical, core, weights
Vitamins: on track
