B: coffee, whole grain english muffin w/egg/cheese (took me a long time to eat it lol)

L: extra lean ground turkey/sloppy joe sauce, 1/2  multi-grain sandwich thin

S: cucumber, greek yogurt

D: chicken kabob, veggies

S: protein shake


Increasing my complex carbs for a week and seeing if it helps with my energy. Im over this low carb diet!!

Pre B - nf latte at home

B - egg, sausage muffin (homemade type)
S - 5 cherries
L - 1/2 salmon burger, small chopped veg salad
/with 1 tab. lite blue cheese dressing
S - quest bar
D - not sure - probably 2 TJ turkey meatballs and some veggie
S - 100 calorie pack cocoa roast almonds

W - none yet - I know ... sitting at my desk sipping on another ff latte
V - on track
E - last physical therapy session tonight - that will be enough!

B- Premier chocolate protein shake

L- 1.5oz of chicken salad

S- Half of a Premier vanilla protein shake

D- 1 oz Ground lean turkey hamburger and some a couple bites of some kind of veggie maybe green bean.


Water- on track

Vits- on track

Exercise-  30 min on the treadmill

Nothing now because I'm fasting, but I plan on breaking my fast with a cheese and wasa crackers to warm up by belly after not eating all day. Dinner is still undecided, but I'm going out with people from my support group

 I'm so off track!! Sat for 3 hrs to wait for a interview w/ my old job.... And I was the last one interviewed!!! I could have gotten so much fluid in!!!

B- mini spinach mushroom quiche
L-none
Snack- hard boiled egg( found at the coffe shop as I waited for my interview)
D- gnc cholate protein shake
S- 1.5 oven roasted turkey.  & less than 1/4 oz of cabbage

Water- on track
Vits- 1/2 done
Exericise- 40 min walk

Breakfast-egg and ham slice on 1 piece whole wheat bread
Lunch-mango and yogurt smoothie
Dinner-fish and caesar salad
Snack-4 crackers with peanut butter, sugar free fudgcicle.
