B: coffee, whole grain english muffin w/egg/cheese (took me a long time to eat it lol)
L: extra lean ground turkey/sloppy joe sauce, 1/2 multi-grain sandwich thin
S: cucumber, greek yogurt
D: chicken kabob, veggies
S: protein shake
Increasing my complex carbs for a week and seeing if it helps with my energy. Im over this low carb diet!!

HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

B - egg, sausage muffin (homemade type)
S - 5 cherries
L - 1/2 salmon burger, small chopped veg salad
/with 1 tab. lite blue cheese dressing
S - quest bar
D - not sure - probably 2 TJ turkey meatballs and some veggie
S - 100 calorie pack cocoa roast almonds
W - none yet - I know ... sitting at my desk sipping on another ff latte
V - on track
E - last physical therapy session tonight - that will be enough!

I'm so off track!! Sat for 3 hrs to wait for a interview w/ my old job.... And I was the last one interviewed!!! I could have gotten so much fluid in!!!
