B - coffee with 2 splenda and Unjury unflavored protein mix
      tropical fruit cup - Dole (60 cal)

L - 2 oz tuna fish salad
      1 oz small curd cottge cheese

S - Babybel white cheddar cheese

D - ? not sure yet

Water all day with crystal light

Gale     Age: 55, Height: 5' 5.5", HW: 236, SW: 210, 1st GW: 150.  Surgery BMI: 39.3  Extremely HBP, High Cholesterol & borderline diabetic.

Happy Monday Everyone! (This always reminds me of the movie Office Space )

B- Muscle Milk Light- Vanilla Latte
L- Chobani lemon greek yogurt
S- Cheese, turkey and pickle roll-up
D- Chicken lettuce wraps, tomato slices
S- maybe a hard boiled egg to bump up the protein a little, we'll see

Exercise- hopefully a 25-30 minute walk after work, if the showers stay at bay
Liquids- about 4 oz. so far, working on it right now
Vits- half done, the rest when I get home

B = 8oz black coffee w/ scoop of Unjury Chocolate Splendor over ice
S1 = 1/2 plum and a Monterey Jack cheese stick
L = 2oz albacore tuna with a dab of Goddess dressing, 8oz V8
S2 = hard boiled egg with kalameta hummus
D = mini chicken tamale w/ guacamole, other half of plum or 1/2 peach

It's a salad dressing from Trader Joe's - it's avocado-based I think. Delish.

B: nectar cappucino protein shake (right when I woke up)
hard boiled egg (when I got to work)

S: okios vanilla greek yogurt

L: tuna packet with 1 tablespoon miracle whip and 2 tsp dill relish

S: hard boiled egg

D: grilled chicken and grilled yellow squash

exercise: boxing
vits: good so far!

There is only one success--to be able to spend your life in your own way.

B: mint cookie shake
B2: hard boiled egg with LC light Swiss
L: sliced turkey with LC light French onion
D: grilled chicken or boiled shrimp, leaning toward the shrimp so that I can make my buffalo shredded chicken for dinner tomorrow

water: 6 cups so far
vitamins: just night time calcium needed
exercise: still feeling like poop (no pun intended) but gonna try and make it to the gym today

B: 5.5oz. plain greek yogurt w/CF/SF/FF chocolate dip
S: Starbucks iced coffee (I didn't have time to brew my coffee last night)
L: 3oz. bbq chicken, sweet peppers w/bleu cheese yogurt dressing
S: reduced fat smoked gouda cheese crisp
D: mint cookie protein shake w/SF peppermint syrup, splenda, unsweetened almond milk, blended with ice

Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 50 min. brisk walking

 Hi Jen,
Its calorie free chocolate dip from Walden Farms.  :)
It tastes great in cottage cheese & plain Greek yogurt.
