Whatcha Eating Today Monday 7/23/12 VSGer's?

Happy Monday Everyone! (This always reminds me of the movie Office Space )
B- Muscle Milk Light- Vanilla Latte
L- Chobani lemon greek yogurt
S- Cheese, turkey and pickle roll-up
D- Chicken lettuce wraps, tomato slices
S- maybe a hard boiled egg to bump up the protein a little, we'll see
Exercise- hopefully a 25-30 minute walk after work, if the showers stay at bay
Liquids- about 4 oz. so far, working on it right now
Vits- half done, the rest when I get home

L: sliced turkey with LC light French onion
D: grilled chicken or boiled shrimp, leaning toward the shrimp so that I can make my buffalo shredded chicken for dinner tomorrow
water: 6 cups so far
vitamins: just night time calcium needed
exercise: still feeling like poop (no pun intended) but gonna try and make it to the gym today

S: Starbucks iced coffee (I didn't have time to brew my coffee last night)
L: 3oz. bbq chicken, sweet peppers w/bleu cheese yogurt dressing
S: reduced fat smoked gouda cheese crisp
D: mint cookie protein shake w/SF peppermint syrup, splenda, unsweetened almond milk, blended with ice
Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 50 min. brisk walking
