B-1 Cheese Stick Colby Jack, 1 Egg White, 3pc Ready Bacon Thin

L- Peanut Butter Protein Shake w/ FF Milk

D- Not sure Yet (maybe 1/2 Ilt. Sag.)

Exercise-Either out w/ the dog or Treadmill
Liquids So Far 8oz
Vit- Acid, B-12, Vit D, BP

B2: Low Carb oatmeal
L: Apple & Almond Chicken Salad
S: Cottage Cheese
D: Grilled Chicken Parm
S: Cocoa Almonds

Water: On track
Vits: on track
Exercise: day off

 It's so yummy.

2oz poached chicken breast
1 slice center cut bacon
29g chopped gala apple
0.5 oz diced red onion
3.5 g sliced almonds
1tbsp 0% greek yogurt
1tbsp low fat mayo
s&p

Mix together and voila, apple, almond chicken salad.  I'm so addicted to it :)

I should add that I'm at goal and eating more complex carbs now.  During weight loss phase I limited my carb intake.

 What are the stats on the low carb oatmeal and what brand is it? Where did you find it at??

I'm at goal and eating more carbs now.  During my weight loss phase I did not eat complex carbs and kept my total to 20 and below.  But here are the stats and link for you :)

Calories: 100
Carbs: 7 grams
Fiber: 1 grams
Sugar: 0 grams
Protein: 15 grams

s- muscle milk banana creme

l- turkey and cheese slice wrapped in lettuce -2 ( might dip in some mustard)

d-  not sure yet.....



Exercise class at gym
10 minute walk at work
vitamins taken so far - multi, d3, and calcium citrate
water is a work in progress

 protein, protein, protein oh yeah and a ton of water. I had a couple of cake related missteps this weekend and 2 ****tails. Back on plan with a vengence and working on self forgiveness. Here goes:

B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese
S: 1 jalapeno mozzerella stick
L: 2 1/2 oz broiled salmon
S: 1 lemon tea Syntrax nectar protein shake
D: 3 oz steamed shrimp a few squirts hot sauce

water commit to 80 oz
vitamins half done the rest to follow....
