Thank you so much Diane for such a great and inspirational post.
I am only a year out (this Friday to be exact) and I still get the foamies/slimies if I over eat. And yes, I do feel a sense of pride when it does happen, which is not often- I try to under eat my sleeve, but still..............:)

I am looking toward maintenance phase now and it's good to hear that I should be able to maintain my loss. Now that I am happy with my weight, I always worry that I will lose the gift. It's great to hear that I might get lucky enough to keep this great deal for life! I

love my sleeve too! It's such an amazing thing to get back your looks and health after losing them. I appreciate them so much more now than I did the first go round! He! He!
