L:  Subway Chicken teryaki sub (just the chicken and 2 triangles of provolone), Vitamin WaterZero Rise
S: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate bar
D: 1/2 cup cottage cheese & babybel light
S:  ?

Vitamins: Done!
Water: 28oz..working on it
Exercise:  maybe Just Dance 3 on Wii or to the gym for an hour after work..depends on what mood I'm in...

B- coffee blended with Bariatric Advantage Unflavored protein powder and ice

L-Sargento cheese sticks with pepperoni

S- 3-4 Buffalo chicken wings (skinless)

D- Stir fry portobella mushrooms, onions and bell peppers with chicken and steak strips.

This gives me a little over 90grams of protein for the day.

TGIF, I stayed home sick from work today though Stomach still feeling very queasy so all I've had so far is lots of water and my staple mint cookie shake. If I don't feel better later I'll probably just have another shake... we are going to the in-laws tonight as well.
