B: nectar cappucino protein shake (right when I woke up)
hard boiled egg (when I got to work)

L: ugh, I forgot it at home so I dont know

D: crock pot chicken tacos
exercise: boxing
water: ummmm, I just realized I haven't drank anything today!
vits: ah! I forgot those too!!!!

B: chopped hard boiled eggs
L: Chobani lemon greek yogurt
S: Crystal Light with Unjury unflavored protein powder
D: Chicken and turkey soup
S: Turkey/Cheese/Pickle roll up
Exercise: Walking the dog, 30 minutes
Vits: Not done yet, after work hopefully (forgot my acid reducer yesterday, feeling it today)
Liquids: 8 oz. so far, working on a bottle right now
L: Chobani lemon greek yogurt
S: Crystal Light with Unjury unflavored protein powder
D: Chicken and turkey soup
S: Turkey/Cheese/Pickle roll up
Exercise: Walking the dog, 30 minutes
Vits: Not done yet, after work hopefully (forgot my acid reducer yesterday, feeling it today)
Liquids: 8 oz. so far, working on a bottle right now
B: 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese
S: 1 jalapeno mozzerella cheese stick
L: handful of romain with shredded parmesan cheese maybe 2 tbs, a few drops oil and vinegar
S: 1 lemon tea Syntrax Nectar protein shake
D: baked eggplant, 2 oz ricotta and some tomato sauce on top
Vits: halfway done
Water: ditto
Will somebdy kick my lazy butt and get me to exercise? Can't seem to get motivated and I know how important it is especially the last several lbs and maintaining
Any tips with helping motivation?
