9g carbs (i think)
Now that ive discovered 30 cal/cup almond milk, I can have a very tasty protein shake and coffee for 160 cal :)
If I only knew that healthy stuff could taste so good, maybe i could have skipped all the unhealthy crap I ate for years!!!
For what it's worth, Ive never cared for Chike's other protein powders, but this one has me head over heels.
This could end up on my list of things I can't keep around though because Id love to just drink it all day long.

Would carbs be that bad if you went on a full liquid diet? Maybe that could be your diet for a week to find out not a coffee drinker here but use to, well still do, love a mocca ice cap supreme from tim hortons but the calories are way too high. I haven't had one in a year.
But, I upped my calories, carbs and exercise and lost 6 lbs pretty quick. But i dont know if it was water weight cause my scale is going the wrong way now :(
