Where can I find out about these great shakes you are making? Mint chocolate, double something or other... I'm getting sleeved and love to read this post daily. Please keep it up!

Hi Terri,
Thanks to EliseG above, she got a lot of us hooked on the Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie Protein Powder.  I've ordered mine thru Amazon but you might want to check your local health stores like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC to see if they carry the mint or the Double Stuffed Cookie.  I prefer to use powder so I can blend my shakes and add SF flavored syrups to them.  I also use unsweetened almond milk.  They are truly yummy!!!

 I ordered a sample pack of these flavors from mybariatricpantry.com that way I didn't buy a huge bag of it and end up hating it.

B: 4.5oz. plain greek yogurt sweetened with crystal light
S: Iced Coffee w/SF almond rocha syrup, splash of almond milk
L: 3oz. shredded chicken, sprinkle of cheese w/a little cabbage salad
S: sweet multi color peppers w/ranch dip (made with ranch powder & plain greek yogurt)
D: 3oz. carne asada w/tomato slices

Water: 4 cups so far
Vits: on track
Excerise: 50 min. of brisk walking
