B- Coffee, Creamer, 1/2 Hamburger w/ 1/2 Slice Smoked Cheese, 2 pc Ready Bacon

L- BBQ Baked Chicken 4oz

S- Mint Cookie Protein Shake w/ FF Milk

D- Egg Beater 1/4 C, 3 pc Ready Bacon

Exercise- Treadmill, weights, Ab Lounge
Vit-None Yet
Liquid-29oz so far

S- hard boiled egg

L- Chobani lemon greek yogurt

S- protein shake (probably some Crystal Light with unflavored protein powder)

D- hard boiled egg, maybe with a turkey slice

Excercise- none today, and working a 14 hour day so I don't see where I'd fit any in (third long day in a row and I'm exhausted!)
Vits- half done
Liquid- 12 oz. so far, but it's early

L- 2 oz of chicken breast dipped in low fat Ceaser dressing or low fat gravy.

D- same as lunch

Exercise- treadmill for at least 30 mins.

fresh strawberries (when I got to work)

S: string cheese

L: shredded buffalo chicken

S: hard boiled egg

D: need to go to the grocery store so I don't know

B- coffee with cinnamon blended with ice and bariactric advantage unflavored protein powder (tastes like an iced latte, Yum).

S & L- pepperoni and cheese

D- salad with chicken breast and a hard boiled egg.

S- Medifast chocolate mint soft serve blended with ice and a scoop of BA unflavored protein powder.

L: spicy squid
D: grilled filet mignon with some Swiss chard

water: 6 cups in
vitamins: just bed time calcium dose needed
exercise: I have been really bad about that this week  but I'll do weights tonight

 B: 1/2 of a McDonald's hashbrown (I KNOW! ugh my son didn't eat it so I did shame on me)

S: Double Stuffed Cookie Protein Shake

L: Lettuce Wrap - Iceburg lettuce leaf, 4 thin slices of deli chicken, 1tbs of light mayo, half slice of cheese

S: Half a bag of 100 calorie popcorn
