Hi there,
I didn't see anyone respond to your question about the mint cookie yet... it's a syntrax brand protein that is mint cookie flavored. I buy mine on amazon. Jenn (shagdoll) has a great recipe for it, with almond milk and sugar free syrups. I'm a plain Jane, so I just mix mine with ff calorie countdown milk and blend

I feel like just making a list because days like today where im not really hungry...im eating at random times...

B: scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage, salsa, 1/2 flat out wrap, coffee

L: 1/2 flat out, turkey meat/cheese

D: stiry fry veggies, grilled talapia

Snacks: cottage cheese, carrots, Chike iced protein coffee (can't wait to try this later)

Exercise - hmmmm, maybe rest day for me or ill play around on the wii fit and other games i got

Im going to look into joining cross fit this evening :)

This is my first time trying this so it goes

B- 1oz of turkey chilli sprinkled a lil shreded cheese on top and literally two bites of a chunk of watermelon.

L- 1oz of ricotta bake and two bites of some cooked veggie probably asperagas

S- half of a premier protien shake today I think I'll do chocolate

D- 1oz of grilled fi****hink its talapia and couple of bites of green bean.

Liquids- 67.6 oz

Vit- On track

30 min of walking on the treadmill

 B- protein coffee 

L- 3oz sirloin
     1 TBS refried beans
      1 TBS avocado

Pre work out- 2/3 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
                       1/4 cup organic mixed berries

Post work out- chocolate protein shake made w/ almond milk

Dinner- 3 oz roast chicken
             Either cucumber salad or green beans (whichever looks better in the garden!)
             2 TBS grits  

Snack - depends on protein # at the end of the day

Mondays *sigh*

B2: hard boiled egg with laughing cow light Swiss
L: grilled chicken breast with laughing cow light French onion
S: nature's best vanilla shake made with water
D: probably more grilled chicken breast, maybe a couple bites of broccoli

water: 12 cups in
vitamins: just a calcium dose left
exercise: weight lifting with hubs this evening. We both need some stress relief so we will likely fit in some cardio after... if you get my drift

Yay my first one!!

B-half a cappucino protein smoothie, made with extra skim, and a bit of sf vanilla syrup.... yum

L-1.5oz chicken breast

D-2oz grilled pork chop and a few bites of steamed cauliflour

Post walk snack- the rest of my smoothie

W- 2 cps so far im a slow starter
V- on track
E- good walk with the fam

L: 1/2 Turkey Burger w/ Cheese
S: some peppers w/ a little Bacon Cheddar Dip
D:Maybe the Turkey Sausage that I never made over the weekend or just the left over burger.

vits: one calcium left
water: almost done
exercise: I tried a new dvd today and realized I have no coordination for dancing. I did 20 min but got frustrated and gave up. I then did 20 mins of my Walk At Home dvd.

   1cup spinich,cucmber, tomato with newmans light Dijon mustard dressing
S-More cherries and 1oz aged gouda
D-Broccolli gratin bake-yummy

Water-half way
Exercise- Belly dancing, football conditioning with son, or walking the trail tonight.So many options.

30 mintues at the gym doing walk run intervals
