I didn't see anyone respond to your question about the mint cookie yet... it's a syntrax brand protein that is mint cookie flavored. I buy mine on amazon. Jenn (shagdoll) has a great recipe for it, with almond milk and sugar free syrups. I'm a plain Jane, so I just mix mine with ff calorie countdown milk and blend

B: scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage, salsa, 1/2 flat out wrap, coffee
L: 1/2 flat out, turkey meat/cheese
D: stiry fry veggies, grilled talapia
Snacks: cottage cheese, carrots, Chike iced protein coffee (can't wait to try this later)
Exercise - hmmmm, maybe rest day for me or ill play around on the wii fit and other games i got
Im going to look into joining cross fit this evening :)

HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

B- 1oz of turkey chilli sprinkled a lil shreded cheese on top and literally two bites of a chunk of watermelon.
L- 1oz of ricotta bake and two bites of some cooked veggie probably asperagas
S- half of a premier protien shake today I think I'll do chocolate
D- 1oz of grilled fi****hink its talapia and couple of bites of green bean.
Liquids- 67.6 oz
Vit- On track
30 min of walking on the treadmill
L- 3oz sirloin
1 TBS refried beans
1 TBS avocado
Pre work out- 2/3 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup organic mixed berries
Post work out- chocolate protein shake made w/ almond milk
Dinner- 3 oz roast chicken
Either cucumber salad or green beans (whichever looks better in the garden!)
2 TBS grits
Snack - depends on protein # at the end of the day

exercise: I tried a new dvd today and realized I have no coordination for dancing. I did 20 min but got frustrated and gave up. I then did 20 mins of my Walk At Home dvd.
