B- 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, slice of cheese- nope, didn't fini****
L- 1C of chili (no beans), 1/4 C of cheddar cheese, 7 baked tostitos- almost finished it
S- boiled egg and 4-5 turkey pepperoni crisps
D- turkey roll up: 2oz of turkey breast rolled with cheese inside, 4 whole wheat crackers, and 1/4 C asparagus- probably won't finish
S- probably whatever is leftover from dinner.

Exercise:25 min run/walk on treadmill and 30 minute workout dvd

Vitamin: done

D - probably 2 oz  talapia & a bite of asparagus

Hi there Jen!!!

B: Chocolate protein shake with PB2 & almond milk (I think I'll go back to my mint cookie shake because this one ended up with 225 calories!)
S: multi-color sweet peppers w/a dab of bleu cheese yogurt dressing (20 cal.)
S2: ice coffee with SF almond rocha syrup, splash of 1% milk
L: scrambled egg with turkey bacon
S: frozen plain greek yogurt popsicle (I made my own)
D: Cajun Talapia, 3oz.

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 25 minutes brisk walking right now, 45 min. cardio tonight!

S: low fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup)

L: a little less than 1/4 of a Chipotle burrito bowl (half scoop of rice, steak, pico, sour cream, lettuce)

S: fresh bing cherries

D: not sure yet

exercise: boxing class
water: a little behind

L: Steamed samon with steamed brocoli, baby carrots and string beans

D: a protein shake

Water: Still working on it  Not even half a botttle yet :-(

Exercise: I don't know what my trainer has prepare for me but I know is going to be good.

L: 1.5oz of Venison tenderloin with some steak sauce

Pre B - 2 non-fat lattes

B - chobani greek yogurt with 1/4 c. all bran
S - 1 oz.. peppered turkey jerky
L - 1 egg scrambled with leftover grilled veggies
S - quest bar
D - leftover chicken and veggie stir fry (pick out enough chicken to get at least 2 oz.)
S - probably none

W - haven't even started. I always get there, but this is the hardest thing for me
V - on track
E - probably none today - leaving tomorrow morning on mini- vacation

L - 1/8 cup chicken salad
D - Baked Chicken Tenders with stir fry veggies - Probably 1 tender and 1 Tlbs veggies (lol)
S - Baby Bell Cheese

Went to the gym and worked out with weights for an hour today.
Working very hard to get my water in! As usual.
All my vitamins.

Someone please tell me how to make the Mint Choc Protein Shake?
