You could ask your aftercare person if you can have clear protein drinks. If so, the isopure raspberry isn't bad. (the green apple melon is evil) Also ask about adding unflavoured whey to your soups. Otherwise, it's pretty darned close to what my surgeon told me to do.
The people you see that had surgery at the same time and same surgeon but are eating actual food already probably aren't following instructions. You are, and that's all that matters for you right now.

Again...thank you all for your support. I am on "full liquids" now, whi*****ludes yogurt, sf pudding, ricotta cheese (yeah!) and protein shakes. I actually feel better now too. I am staying on plan. I have the plan my doc gave us on my refrigerator. So even my hubby and kids are aware what mom can have and not have. Now I am just waiting for the scale to start moving again!!
