 Wow!  Well done on overcoming that temptation!  Popcorn is something I've been craving lately too.  But I'm steering clear.  Today my family is bbqing and baking brownies.  Ugh!  Just keep sipping my protein shake and trying to steer clear of temptation.  Your post inspires me all the more to stay strong.

That's really admirable because I struggle with cravings where I get an idea stuck in my head and I totally struggle to forget about it and move on. I HATE that. You did awesome with this popcorn one!! More good ones to come, too, I know it!

I think it's the exercise and release of endorphins...maybe I need a "I can have XYZ" after I exercise rule and then i'll probably skip it more times than not.

 I think that's a great idea!  It's true exercising almost always makes me feel better, even if I'm a hot soaking wet mess.
