My failed plan to "cheat"
But this morning, i woke up and couldnt decide if i wwanted to exercise or not. But then I had this great idea about going for a long hike, and then it would totally justify a little splurge on popcorn and all would be well.
So I go hike, i thought about the popcorn for the first half a mile, and then forgot about it. By the time I got done though, I realized I needed some protein...and then i decided the hike really didnt justify the popcorn. It's still a bunch of empty calories. So no popcorn for me. I worked too hard to eat that crap!
Got a hike and a lot of good protein. And, im breaking free of one of my bad habits of thinking that my long exercise excursions justify some junk...(usually my "junk" is a high carb protein bar but still same kind of thinking I need to break).
Guess I'll save the popcorn for a rare treat.
