Hey Jen! Love your new Avi!!! Prudy name!!!

B: 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese with SF, FF chocolate dip (Yum!)
S: Iced Coffee with SF Almond Rocha syrup, splash of 1% milk
L: Costco chicken breast, tomato slices
S: 1 serving Turkey Pepperoni
D: Mint Cookie Protein Shake with SF peppermint syrup, unsweetened almond milk, blended with ice

Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: only need 2 more Calcium + Vit D
Exercise: some walking & swimming only since hiking kicked my ass yesterday ... Thanks Alison!!! MUAH!!!

I have been over on calories and carbs...dammit!
B: coffee w/ whole milk 1 cup (I've already logged it)
     Premiere Protein Vanilla
L: Protein of some sort, not sure
D: ditto from above
S: probably greek yogurt

Wish me luck on my plan today, please.

Exercise:  About ready to get myself to the track, I started a running program Saturday because nothing is happeneing

Vits:  So far I've taken my Actigall.

I am at a stall so I am limiting my carbs as much as possible:

B - Protein shake

L - 2.5 ounces of chicken breast
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

D - Shrimp, carrots, broccoli stir fry, homemade

Vitamins - done
exercise - resistance bands
water - working on it, i find this the hardest thing.

L- Spinach salad with oz of smoked turkey  with ginger dressing
S-? maybe a baby bel cheese?
D- slow cooker bison cube steaks

** I saw that not alot of folks eat salad... is there a reason? am I gonna be locked up int he bathroom this afternoon?

B - 1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed, 1 tsp. cinnamon

S - Mini Babybel Light

L - 2 oz. smoked chicken (breast meat), 1/4 c. steamed broccoli

S - 3 slices Hormel Natural Choice turkey breast

D - *I think* 2 oz. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. diced Italian tomatoes, 2 tsp. grated parm

workout snack - 1 scoop Nectar, 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

on target for water & vitamins

B - chobani greek yogurt with 1/4c. all bran
S - none
L - 2 oz deli ham lunchmeat, 1/2 oz. manchego cheese, 4 slices each fresh cucumber and pickle
S - probably quest bar
D - 2 trader joes turkey meatballs, very small salad with greens, radishes, cukes, onions, feta cheese, lite dressing
S - probably none

W - same old me - slow in the beginning, but I always get there
V - on track
E - gym tonight for upper body machines, recumbant bike, and knee exercises
