I almost 4 weeks out. This post is just what I need. I am sort of at a lost of what I should be eating. And how often. I find the need for a snack between meals, and thought that was a
"No-No"!
B- cup of tea and protein shake I made.
S- Handful of Pistacios
L- seafood salad ( no pasta just shrimp, crab meat, lite mayo and onion)/ cucumber slices
Dinner - don't know yet??
All plans are different but maybe you should use a protein shake as a snack. I don't think when you first have surgery that you should be having a snack. I'm almost 3 mos out and don't really do snacks at all... If I think I need more protein Ill list it as a snack. Again just my opinion. Good Luck! Your doing great We post this everyday so be on the look out!!

B: Mint cookie shake
B2: hard boiled egg with laughing cow light Swiss
L: leftover shrimp and/or chicken
D: shredded beef (slow cooker dish)
S: shake if needed
vites: 1 calcium dose to go
water: 8 cups so far
exercise: going to the gym for the first time after work, I plan on trying the elliptical and/or treadmill
